More Planning News!
It’s been a busy couple of months for RBA on the planning front. As well as the permission for the Somerset barn conversion featured in our last news story planning permissions have been given for…
…6 other projects across Wiltshire, Dorset and Hampshire. Wiltshire Council also discharged several planning conditions for another home. The projects include single and two-storey extensions, and changes to homes in conservation areas. One home relies on the use of timber cladding and living ‘green’ walls that will encourage biodiversity and reduce the building’s environmental footprint.
Wiltshire Council also granted a further planning appeal for a barn conversion project. In London, final permission for a large apartment block has got one step closer having received approval from the Greater London Authority.
We have also submitted planning permission for a further 5 new projects in Wiltshire, Dorset and London. These include a 5 bedroom new house near Shaftesbury that will form part of a Class Q barn conversion (site pictured), a tree-house studio near Tisbury and works to a listed Mill House.
Many thanks to all at Atlas Planning who have worked with us as efficiently as ever to bring several of these projects to fruition!
