We're looking for a Project Architect or Senior Technologist with Project Running Experience to join our team.
We are recruiting a Project Architect or Senior Technologist with strong Revit experience and a minimum of 5 years in practice to join our friendly and collaborative team as a project runner.
With a passion for innovative, sustainable architecture, we specialise in bespoke residential projects across the South-West and in London. Our portfolio spans contemporary new-build homes, heritage and listed building refurbishments, barn conversions and pool houses.
About the Role
You will play an important role within the team, contributing across multiple projects and RIBA work stages, with a focus on project delivery. Responsibilities will include:
Developing design proposals and preparing planning application packages
Producing detailed working drawings for Building Regulations and construction
Preparing tender packages
Coordinating with clients, internal team members and external consultants to deliver the project on site
Contributing to design development and technical problem-solving
What We’re Looking For
A minimum of 5 years’ UK experience in practice
A demonstrated ability of running your own residential projects (new build and/or heritage)
Strong experience in AutoCAD, SketchUp and Revit
Experience producing detailed technical information and drawing packages
Good understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction methods
Strong communication and organisational skills
A proactive, collaborative approach with good attention to detail
An interest in sustainable and low-energy design
Fluent English (written and verbal) is essential and applicants must have the right to work in the UK as we are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role. Please note that this role is based in our Salisbury office and you must be able to commute or willing to relocate.
