Full Planning Permissions Granted in the Donheads

In Architecture, Extension, Listed Building, Planning, Renovation, Restoration

More good news from RBA! Wiltshire Council have granted full planning permission for two of our projects in the Donheads, near Tisbury.

One project involves the construction of a two-storey extension and the reconstruction of an existing outbuilding for a private home. This outbuilding will allow for extra accommodation. It will be subservient to the main house and built with similar materials so that it blends into the landscape. On the ground floor, the extension will include a boot room with rear access and enable a larger kitchen. A shower room will be built on the first floor.

Wiltshire Council granted Listed Building Consent for the second project, The Mill House, last month but have now also approved full planning permission as well. This follows the council ecologist completing their report. For more information on the project, please visit our previous news story by clicking here.
