Planning Permission Gained

We are delighted that Vale of Glamorgan Council have given planning permission for The Meadows, a Georgian-style home with double garage, gym and outdoor pool, near Cardiff.

RBA worked with Prospero Planning and the landscape architect throughout the planning process. We have designed a house that meets the needs of the clients and their young family. It also takes into account the surrounding countryside, which is a designated Special Landscape Area. The home contains 6 bedrooms, a large open-plan kitchen/dining/living area, playroom, study, snug, utility and boot room. The house replaces an old bungalow and collection of run-down outbuildings and will provide an attractive addition to the landscape.

Now that the council have given planning permission, work will begin in early 2020.
