Richmond Bell Architects is a passionate company dedicated to designing sustainable contemporary and traditional homes. We are looking for an Executive Assistant to join our friendly Salisbury team.
About the Role
This is a dynamic, client-facing position where you’ll be responsible for:
Managing client relationships
Networking (business and public)
Public Relations
Lead generation
Providing administrative and secretarial support to company directors
Working with the Marketing team to develop and carry out marketing strategies in line with the company goals
About You
We’re seeking someone with:
Excellent spoken and written communication skills
A positive ‘can-do’ attitude and strong initiative
The ability to handle a varied workload, multitask and prioritise effectively
Proficiency in MS Office (knowledge of Adobe InDesign & Photoshop is a plus)
Demonstrated experience with CRM systems
A full driving licence
Experience in a related industry beneficial
