New Co-op shop open on Lavender Hill, Clapham Junction

RBA worked closely with the Co-operative Group to deliver a new shop on the corner of Taybridge Road and Lavender Hill, near Clapham Junction.

The site had previously been used as a pub, but closed down in 2017, the property has since been left un-used and fallen into disrepair. RBA worked alongside Structural Engineering Services to deliver the detail drawings package. Bob Bird of ODL Consulting project managed the build with Matt Hennessy of Hennessy Building Company to prepare the site for the Co-op.

The project was fully completed within 3 months of mobilisation and opened on the 1st December 2018.
