Maple Gardens

RBA collaborated with Fraser & Fraser to create a contemporary home in Ealing. By making use of the Permitted Development Rights of the property, the work to renovate this Edwardian property was successfully undertaken without going through the full planning process. The ground floor was opened up to create a large open plan kitchen space that leads directly into the garden. Hand-crafted wooden louvres provide solar shading and create interesting shadows and views of the maple tree in the courtyard.
