To carry out our primary work of design we may need to know financial circumstances and collect information from other third parties with regards to planning and consultees. We need to keep our client files for a minimum of 6 years.

Our primary purpose of collecting information from staff is for HR and accountancy purposes. We may collect name and contact details, bank details and Tax/NI details. We also hold Next of Kin contact details for use in an emergency.
