We are looking for an Architectural Technologist with a minimum of 5 years experience in practice.
We specialise in bespoke homes, barn conversions, pool houses, and the restoration of listed buildings across the South-West and in London. You will be working as part of a dynamic and friendly team in our central Salisbury office, and will be expected to show initiative in undertaking tasks, as well as the ability to communicate and share ideas.
You will be responsible for co-ordinating your own projects across RIBA stages 4-5. This will include:
Producing comprehensive detailed working drawings and designs
Preparing tender packages
Carrying out site inspections
Co-ordinating the production of Revit models
Briefing and working alongside the project team
The ideal candidate will:
Have a minimum of 5 years UK experience post qualification
Have experience working on Listed Buildings, new builds and contemporary buildings within the residential sector
Demonstrate an ability to run your own projects
Be proficient in Revit, AutoCAD and SketchUp
Have knowledge of a variety of different construction types and sustainable technologies
Have a good understanding of the UK Building Regulations
CIAT registration preferred
Salary: dependent on experience.
